Nominate Parents of the Year 2024

Nominations will be forwarded to the Parents’ Day Selection Committee of the state in which the nominees reside.  Please complete this form and submit it no later than Friday, July 12, 2024.

Thank you for nominating parents for this year's Parents' Day. Please read the below criteria before you nominate. Any inquiries can be sent by filling out the form under "Contact."

The criteria for the Parents’ Day nominees:

  • Exemplify qualities of sacrificial love
  • Have overcome major obstacles (emotional, physical, financial, etc.) to provide for the personal development and happiness of children.
  • Exhibit qualities of personal moral virtue and/or religious commitment
  • Have a noteworthy record of contributions to the family in the larger community.

Before filling out the form, please prepare:

  • Basic information about the parents you are nominating (name, email/phone contact, address)
  • Basic information about yourself (name, email/phone contact, address)
  • Your ~500 word testimony about why you are nominating these parents (ex. examples of overcoming hardships, sacrificial love, noteworthy accomplishments, etc.)
  • A photo of the parents you are nominating (with an optional family photo)
